We at Future X Sounds, recognizing the situation we are all facing, have worked to put together a program that fosters introspection and creativity so that we as a community may survive this pandemic not to return to "business as usual," but a place of realized change.
By fostering musical collaborations leading to the creation of an EP and VIRTUAL RELEASE PARTY, as well as organizing community conversations (RADICAL DIALOGUES), we hope to present an opportunity to further both music and community in a time of distress and limitation.

TOOLKIT
“By curating this series for Future X Sounds, I aim to push forward a framework for examination of our own methods and mediums of “activism”. By discussing “performance as activism,” healing through the Arts, and highlighting the importance of mental health conversations, we gather tools to ensure that in the “Day After” COVID-19 we do not return to business as usual. Our Future X Sounds toolkit is a free resource designed to be used, shared, and added to, long after this event, built to continue ongoing conversations that implement change and create a reality unlike we've ever seen. What’s in your toolkit?"

Radical Dialogues
Discussions, live performances and interactive workshops will cover a wide range of topics such as: Healing Through Art, "The Day After" COVID-19, Mental Health, and Performance Art as Activism. Artists, activists, media, brands, and community-builders will collaborate to create a set of actionable recommendations & petitions for and from the music community and its ecosystem.
